How many bottle consumed: 30 bottles for a month

Taste : tasted alike orange juice ( I love it very much, best serve after chilled.)

Effect : I m have an oily skin, with some white head like pimples. After a month consume i can really see the different of my skin condition. I used to have an oily face when i wake up in the morning, but after i consumed it really work for my oily face! Pores are slightly tighten, fine line were reduced and it leave a moisture and smooth touch on my skin.

Conclusion : Before i was started to drink it, i did a little research of the reviews from others. Some might claims that didn't work for them. But for me, IT WORKS~!!Glad that it work well on me. My November Taipei Trip

This was my very first experience to Taipei! I was planned the trip to Taipei with my buddy about few months back. From flight ticket to accommodation booking and etc etc..
Well i can say it was not cheap although we were planned the trip our self, it kinda like free and easy but we did signed a land tour trip in Taipei from 4days 3 nights.

We got our 1st 4 days schedule fixed. 2 days 1 night at Wulai hot Spring hotel with water fall view! I love this place very much =)

Wulai is hot spring mountain which a hot spot for their local. It said that the hot spring there can give nice treatment for skin to gain moisture and radiant! Girls will like this very much. Me and my buddy decided to take the private hot spring room as we are not that kind of "open" person. For the public hot spring which claim to have a better views with condition that you have to take off all your wearing before you can enjoy it... =O

On the 3rd day, our tour guide brought us to a mountain village called "Jiu Fen" which was a gold mine long ago. It was famous with its nice scenery and the old street. However, we had really came at the wrong season which raining all day, so we couldn't really enjoyed the nice scenery and crowded everywhere in the old street kinda spoiled mood too.

Beside of Jiu Fen, we went to several hot spot such as Bei Tou Hot Spring (sulfur hot spring), "Wu fen pu" (wholesaler street), Rao he night market..We spent our 3rd day on these places.

On the 4th Day, we signed on another city tour which found from the hotel we stayed.
with a price of TWD900 for the half day city tour.

Man Tou! However..it was almost a tasteless bun.. =<

City tour package include these attraction war memorial, jiang kai shek memorial, museum, handicraft market, Chinese temple. Our tour guide spoke a very fluent English which quite impressed me!

My Favourite Mian Sian!! It is fantastic! =) a must try in Xi Men Ding Street!

On the 5th day, we planned to walk around with the public transport - MRT - !! yeah yeah! A local uncle told us that Taipei MRT should looks smilliar with Singapore Mrt because Taiwan get helps from Singapore on the experience to set a MRT system.

Here we are Tapei 101!! It can be reached by taking MRT to Cityhall station.

FANCL is famous with their Preservative-free skincare and beauty Supplement. I have heard a lot of fantastic reviews from webbie and friends. Therefore i made my 1st move to try on their product last month. I got my very first Fancl Purchase that was Perfect Cleaning Solution under promotion price of S$28~! The set consists Mild Cleansing Oil 60ml and Facial Washing Powder 25g

I love their cleaning oil very much!! It can remove all my heavy make up so easily~ even with water proof mascara. I love the washing powder too, its being gentle to my skin, as i have an oily face, its wash away all the dirt and left my face clean without tightly feel.

I bought PERFECT SLIM α (ALPHA) & Calorie Limit as i desire to cut down my weight..i have been taken it from September, so far not much significant weight loss being experienced due to my high calories and carbohydrate daily food intake. But luckily i dun encountered any weight gain after consumed it although i still on my regular high calories food intake..I Think i should have to start to curb my high calories and carbohydrate food...or else it is so pointless to get this to control my weight...WELL start today!!

Shopping at FANCL Today! And burned my pocket a hole T.T but never mind! Since i wanted to try on their TenseUp EX for so long~ I got a promotional voucher from my colleague which consists of TenseUp Ex 1 BOX, Mild Cleaning Oil 120ml & Facial Washing Powders 50g with only S$100~~yeah its save up S$20.50!! Universal Studio 25/09/10

I went to Universal Studio Singapore on 25/09/10, special thanks to my buddy's invitation~I really enjoy the trip ~!

We woke up early in the morning with an excitement mood~ Reached there about 9.30am. We traveled all along from Tampines MRT, transit to Outram park MRT and then Harbour FRont MRT Station...Although it is very complicate way to reach Universal Studio Singapore @ Sentosa, but i still find it worth!!

We have taken a lot of pictures, especially when i met any "Super Star"!! I taken almost every ride, highly recommend for the Mummy return Ride! It is fantastic and excited!

Wish to visit there again!

Need for Diet

I just brought a new toy..yeah new toy always refers to slimming pills for me.

Brought FANCL perfect slimming tablets, hope it do help me to get rip of some FAT.

I'm always gone half way for diet, and weight problems never stop bordering me. Even breathing will gain weight for me!

I'm totally gave up in maintaining exercise, because I dun really like to run a lot.

Therefore, slimming supplement and pills always at my prior.

Hope this "new toy" can atleast work out to reduce some kilos of me..

肉碎卤肉饭

材料：
肉碎，虾米，蒜茸，小红葱头

腌料：
酱油，蚝油，糖，绍兴酒，麻油，黑酱油，胡椒粉

做法：
1）肉碎用酱油，耗油，糖，绍兴酒，麻油，黑酱油，胡椒粉。（腌一腌）
2）小红蔥頭和虾米切碎。马铃薯煮软，切小块备用。
3）熱油鍋，爆香蒜米和小红葱头，加入虾米炒香。
2）加入腌了的肉碎，稍微炒一下。
3）然后加入水，稍微盖过肉。
4）慢火焖至汁浓稠，即可。

Do some research about silver washing solutions today. So surprise to find out that the worst way to clean the silver is using the silver wash liquid solution. It's harm the silver the most!

Ok! Never do that to your silver acc although that is the fastest way to wash your silver.

You can wash your silver DIY at home. Its easy and safe~.

1st solution: wash it using toothpaste.. yes! toothpaste and toothbrush. But have to becareful while using the toothbrush.

2nd solution: wash it using Coke......this has not tested yet..the result not guarantee..haha~

I love silver acc very much~ so must learn how to take care your silver acc ~

Wow...So fast that my CNY long holidays were end!

This CNY didn't bring much memories for me. Most of the moments being spent at home, spent with my parents & my brothers & my Pet.

Very Hot & Crowded in Seremban, people everywhere. And i found out a new hot spot in Seremban, Old Town cafe in Era walk near T2. The environment is great.

Visited to my relative's house on 1st day, and watched True Legend with my family at night.

Visited to my uncle's house for my mum's relative gathering on the 2nd day. Realize everyone grow old =@

I went to Genting with my family on the 4th day of CNY, and it was being heavy traffic jammed. Its very cold that night~ love the weather very much =D

update more later...got a lot of jobs needed to be done by this week....fainting..@.@

Nothing much being achieved, the complete failure for Virgos.

The deepest in my soul told me not to continue to live in this way, in another way I'm afraid that what can i do beside these? I have to face a new phrase again. Start from beginning all over again, am i able to sustain by not continue to live like this?

Happy Dumpling Festival~

Today is..Dumpling Day.

This reminds me my mum. When i was stayed in home, my mum will preparing for this festival. Yeah~ cook dumpling, this is not easy, and yet i only tried to make once with a weird look Dumpling. But i'm happy at that moment =)

Althought my mum's Dumplings are not the most delicious dumpling. But in my heart, it does. I miss my mum's Dumplings!!!!

At first, i was wondering what is this Ip Man? I P Man? Haha! Well pronounce it in Cantonese for 叶问.

Who is this 叶问?> >叶问是李小龙的师父<

叶问>is Bruce Lee's Master!? Well i quite surprise when i know this. For 80's youngster 叶问 sure a stranger name for us. But 李小龙 i think no one will say that i dunno this fella. =D

Well with this slogan of 李小龙的师父, it were success to get my attention.

I went for this movie on X'mas Eve, sat at the 1st 3 roll! But i were still enjoying the movie! Coz it is really worth watch Movie , worth to spend your SGD10.00 / RM10.00!

叶问 act by Donnie Yen. Donnie Yen's acting is very mature, he was able to capture the humility and inner strength of Ip Man. This is the 1st time make Donnie Yen so cool, leng chai~ even through this uncle being acting for a long time.

It remind me the 90's KungFu movie, that kind of feel like, their kungfu is more like an act, not messy and make you dizzy type actions. 　　因与人切磋，忽略了一边的儿子，为妻所恼，心有愧疚，除了看妻眼色不再外出后，闲散家中练拳，为提醒自已要把家人放在心上，还在木人桩醒目位置，特意刻上“老婆大人”几字，宅男可爱如此，直教人莞尔。

　　面对金山找上门挑衅，嘲笑他不肯应战是个怕老婆的人，他淡然一笑：“这个世上没有怕老婆的男人，只有尊重老婆的男人”……当金山找激怒叶妻，她大喝“闭嘴”并转向叶交待句“别打坏家里的东西”后，叶问即释笑安心开打。

　　激斗中，金山找凶悍，没几个回合就打烂花瓶，叶问神态紧张，看得金山找理亏说“我赔”，叶问才欣慰说“好”。不久，桌子又被砸翻，金山找无奈又道“我赔 ”，这时叶问的小儿子骑着童车吱吱呀呀从里屋缓缓而出，绕到叶问身前，奶声奶气的说：“妈妈说，你再不出手的话，家里的东西就要被砸光了……”叶问闻言顿时振奋挽袖，静心反击。

　　在道场上对日军愤怒喊上“我要打十个”，取胜后并不领取日军的奖赏救命粮，坚决不做日军武术教练，与日方决战，明知赢擂必死而毅然将对手打败，这些都诠释了他所说的“我只是一个中国人”的内涵。气节，是超越日常生活状态的勇气，在身份转变中撞击人心。

　　电影的真实性有据可考，现实中他就是佛山人心中的民族英雄。不像黄飞鸿的传说那么遥远，身边的故事，因为贴近，真实，没有说教，而更有份量，让人琢磨。

　　多少风范会被岁月湮没？欣慰他的生平上了银幕，在黄飞鸿、李小龙之后，又给本土电影带来一些传统气息。

最近才追看完的连续集 - 太王四神记

对于这部剧的评语，说真的这部剧的开头还瞒闷的。我的男朋友甚至看到睡着了。
哈哈哈，不过从第十二集左右开始的剧情就紧张起来了。从这里开始他才兴致勃勃的跟我疯狂的在一天里面看了十个小时，从下午看到晚上。真的有点疯狂。

有点遗憾的是，，太王四神记的结尾我并不那么的满意。太伤我的心了。听说还会有第二部，希望他的结尾不会像第一部那么令人伤心啊!

看完了太王四神记，这首歌还瞒感人的。就是(허락)许诺这首歌:

Very sad, fussy, down, happy little?

Whats wrong with my Days!!!!

Suppose to go back Malaysia to celebrate my bro and mum bday this weekend, but end up my bf get an urgent duty to Woodland Checkpoint...yeah due to "our good friend" Mat Selamat Escape on 04 March!!!!!!!

My godness, ofcoz i know this was not my bf's fault...but sad feeling couldnt calm down in such surprise news from my bf.

okayz okayz, worst thing is i have terminate my internet connection, meanwhile i got to go to my bf house everday to play my game..well all flush up together with this news.

In the same day, my boss and colleagues informed me that we have a company trip to Bangkok or Batam sponsor by the Company. After being inform, i might have a little happy feeling instead, but i wish my bf can come with me, ofcoz there is some additional charges if my bf is going with me. Well, i think this is still can cope with my budget and my bf is agree to go with me, i understand he trying his best, due to his poor salary entitle for the NS men.

End up, i dunno why i m so mad abt sth, finally spoke up sth made my bf angry at me..

Well, really a complicated day for me ya! Pls no more surprise and shock .. i cant take it anymore...

Chinese New Year 2008

Wow times really like flying. From the day i went home til the day i went back to work in Singapore, its make me feel, happy moment always came and gone fast.

Well as usual, i'll go home earlier few days before CNY, well..many friends asked "why you go home so earlier?" Macy: "Clean home" ;)

Haha, its not a joke and it is a fact indeed. I need to go home earlier to push my brothers help me to clean house together! =) But i do enjoy it eventhrought really tiring!

This CNY no more Firework and no "Pao Zhang" also, coz the police catch too tight. Sigh! Without it, made the CNY miss out its Soul!

Another interesting moment is gambling with friends, i won few ten ringgit this CNY. Its not about winning or losing money, but i do enjoyed the process when we're playing. =) and this is the 1st time i learn how to calculate for the Mahjong Wins! Wuu wuu but i lose $$ for that =( Its okay!

Time likes flying, this is the 3rd CNY been in Singapore. I've learn lots thing during my career path. Then i find out, what is made me most happy is i cant get home for a long weekend and spend to my parent, brothers, relatives, & friends.

Sometimes i'll feel my self so bad for some of my friends. I'll try my best to meet my friends this long weekend holiday for me.

I'm feel so bored today. Normally, when i was bored i will find a place to go. But today my bf is not free, he takes breakfast with me then go back to his business.

This is not the 1st day i feel so bored in this way. But nothing can help, i just can stay home and watch those drama series. A day spend in this way .. alone..

Sometimes i dunno i m fortune or unfortune to come here alone. Ofcoz i will think of this question when i was alone. Is this the life i hope for? I always asking my self.. yet come with no answer.

I watching a drama series online today, whole day.. Then when i watching the story i will find my situation is much more like what the story is. The girl is not with a good look, and she fell in love with a handsome cool policeman. And obviously the handsome guy will not chase after that normal look girl, so this is the story about the girl chase after the guy. Well at first, the guy was treat the girl like normal friend, and when he knew abt that girl is like him, he run like hell. End up, that girl know she is not compatible with him but she never give up. So the guy was so touch about what the girl has done to him. So they are together now.

What is seem so similar to my situation is when they start "pak tor". The guy always dun care about what the girl wants, think, needs and make the girl really up sad coz she feels like she is not important to him at all.

Well my situation is similar to this part of the story, sometimes i happy coz he treated me nice sometimes i sad coz i feel like i m not the most important thing that he cares. I m don't mean he treated me bad, just ....i demanding more.

Is it when u care more than the other one, they will not that cherish you as well? Depend on the situation right. Okies my case is not that worst, just sometimes some stupid mind and negative thinking will keeping run around my brain when i bored and feel so lonely.

The conclusion, i scared to be alone, i scare the feeling of lonely as everyone do. But the thing make it worst is that i m staying in a place with only a few friends. How do i live without you?

Haha back to accept all these, actually my bf was treated me nice but just i'll still bored when he is not around me, and i have nothing to do to kill my times without him. Ah, my bad. The simple thing to make me happy, is when he is with me.

Prison Break!! Heroes!! this month is fully occupy by these TV Shows!

Yet, i start to love to watch some english drama as well. Not like the old days, only those korea, hongkong drama fills in.

I start to get notice of Prison Break from my dear. Surprisingly, this is the 1st time we fell on english drama. Then follows by Heroes.

haha! i just spent 2 weeks to finish both of them. Whereby my dear spent only 2 days to finish the 22 episodes of Heroes. He is Crazier than me! =)

Enjoying my Prison break season 2, and Season 3 is just started on air on this September. Sien lo = = need to wait for it again.

But the Prison break Season 3 seem more interesting!

Wednesday, Cloudly day.

Finally, i was finished the "1 lilter of Tears" yesterday night. From this story, i learned a lots of thing. I'll cherish every single day, moment i spend. If one day, i found my self couldn't move & control smoothly and slowly talks and eat also a problems..i think, i wont be as strong as the girl "Aya".

Therefore, i think i shouldnt be lazy anymore, i should start diet and exercise more. Stop those stuppid lame excuses & complaints. I'll move more, do more, enjoy more what i can do now.

Failure of my rebounding hair!!!!

As per my title..failure of the 3rd rebounding...

Okay, i've got chio by my buddy, Ms Angeline. She told me that salon shop is in da promotion. SGD168 for 2 pax. Meaning SGD84 per pax.

And it is dam far from my living place.. From tampines to Clementi..Imagine! (Pengsanzz)

Alright i've reached there at 1pm, there bbla bla bla all the way til 8pm. 7 hours@@" my godness! 1st day after the rebounding i still feel it is okay... but the 3rd day..my godnes!! i found out..the bottom of my hair..................argh! i dunno how to describe, but it is truely disappointed!

11/10/07, Thursday, Sunny day, but my mood is down!

There are something happened today made me quite down.

When ready go to have my lunch happily with my colleague, end up...

1st thing, i 4get my Airport pass. Made my colleague need to go back all the way purposely and take it to me.

2nd thing..I've lost my office key.. and i dunno where i lost it!

Sigh...What happened to me today! So 4getful..If i lost my personal thing..atleast i dun have the bad feeling like what i have now..becoz i lost office key!

My Games Revolutions

Macy is a gurl that easy addicted to games. That's why i want to list out my game revolutions.

1st games experiences - I think is those nitendo, play stations and etc. My 1st RPG game is FFVII, still my favourite.

2nd - Lan games, extended when the internet was going popular that time. These lan games includes, Counter Strike (this was not my favourite, but juz learn to play for fun, ofcoz i realli poor on shooting game!), Battle field (this was fun!)

3rd - Online games.
02Jams - an online music games, its quite fun.
Warcraft - Dday, Dota, Tower Defends~!
Ragnarok Online - This game i played for almost 3 years.. I was planned to quit since we ledi lose our home....

Currently? What new games i was playing now? PSP! haha..well, since i was went to work in singapore, i never explore for new games.

I play games, because of my 2 brothers! Thanks to them =)

My birthday's trip to Zoo Singapore

Its very excited when i get inform that i can go Zoo Singapore on My Birthday accompanying by my bf =) Thanks dear.

It was a great day. Cloudly day yet not rainy~ Its a perfect for a outdoor trip.
We heading for our break-lunch at bishan junction Ding tai fong. Having our favourite "xiao rong bao" there..Yummmmyy~~juicy juicy meat dumpling.

After our b-lunch, we heading to Zoo now!!!
When we reach the Zoo, you can smell those strongly smell of Zoo...yeah i meant that those smelly smell is the Smell of Zoo. Haha.

When we check on the side board... i got a strange strange feels...yeah! something is staring on me somewhere?!? At last, we notice that a White face Monkey stand at the top of the board...@@" At 1st we thought thats is a picture or sumthing like displaying doll. But IT moving and blinking his eyes! Oh my godness.. is a live white face monkey. Coz this monkey is not staying in the cage, they can climb freely in their open forest there..Whats a shock!! Coz the way it starring at us very funny! too bad i cant find any picture of it.......

But no worries,Here are some of the picture we taken in the ZOO

Wow Wow This lion king hor, really "ba bai lor" got 5 wifes accompany him leh. Makan time hor, it also dun need to move, they will just throw the meat infront of its! Nice shot !! Haha for this very arrogant lion.

As usual, when comes to Monday, those sleeping cells will control your mind all the way! For the consequences, I'm late to my office !! Erm 10mins late as always. Hah! =)

Well, today my boss is not in. His wife was gave birth last morning. That's what i heard from my colleague.

Today's office feels like quite empty. Cindy - my another colleague was started her holidays. Suppose I'm quite busy, but...I'm slacking!! Ha ha, that's why my new blog is born today.

I'll looking forward to write more frequent here. When people getting old, their memories will becoming worst and worst. I'm afraid one day i'll never remember those sweet memories or sad memories were past through my life.

Quite tired, because......playing the psp day & night! I'm those people who addicted to games easily !! Alright when i get done with my game, i'll spend more time here.
